6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- With Club Administrators: Admins of clubs you belong to can view your profile, registrations, and attendance
- With Coaches: Coaches can view information about their scheduled lessons with you
- Public Leaderboards: Your name and game statistics may be displayed on club leaderboards
- Tournament Participants: Your team name and player names are visible in public tournament brackets
- Event Participants: Your name may be visible to other registered participants
- Service Providers: Third-party services that help us operate our platform
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
Note: Sensitive contact information (email, phone) in tournament registrations is only visible to club administrators, not other participants.
7. Multi-Club Membership
Our platform allows you to be a member of multiple clubs. Each club can only access data related to your activities within that specific club. Your personal profile information is shared across clubs you belong to, but activity data (registrations, bookings, payments) is isolated per club.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Event and activity data older than 14 days may be automatically cleaned up while preserving aggregate statistics. When you delete your account, we will permanently remove your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law.

- Track notification read status
